Robert here. I'm on Substack and gaining subscribers. I read your post about Substack stealing subscribers. I'm not in a position to spend money on ads, and Threads, which I'm growing on, doesn't send me many subscribers.

I'd love to get an hour or two of your time to discuss strategy for my newsletter. Please LMK if you do this.

Would love deeper assessment/analysis on Mailchimp. I’m looking at a situation where payment/conversion is outside of the newsletter platform (a separate pay walled website and print magazine) and wanted to see how Mailchimp stacks up relative to that
